App Payments is a piece of software I created once my four iPhone apps started bringing in App Store revenue. I found it incredibly difficult to separate my payments by app, which was even more of a problem because I have business partners who get a percentage of each app’s sales. App Payments takes the reports from Apple, breaks them down by app, and lets you enter the exchange rates at the exact moment Apple deposits money into your account. It also has a handy revenue share calculator so you can figure out exactly how much to pay your business partners each month.

My team now uses this software to do our accounting every month. I figured if it’s useful for us, it’s probably useful for someone else out there.
